The 18-hole “Cherokee Ridge” course at the Cherokee Ridge Country Club facility in Union Grove, Alabama features 6,700 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72. The course rating is 70.1 and it has a slope rating of 128 on Bermuda grass. Designed by Sammy Dean, the Cherokee Ridge golf course opened in 1992.
The club house at Cherokee Ridge hosts the Pro Shop, a dining facility with, and a bar. Special events and activities for the community are also hosted at the club house.
This Lake House for guests with towering ceilings and majestic views is at the same time relaxed and welcoming. The Lake House includes seven large guest rooms, each equipped with a queen-size bed, a twin bed, sitting area, television, and a spacious bathroom. Both the first and second floors boast an open sitting room and fully-equipped kitchen. In addition, there is a large back patio with comfortable seating and a grill, a lighted path leading to a large deck over the lake, and rocking chairs on the front porch for true Southern comfort. For those with business on the agenda, the Lake House also features a sizable conference room with seating for up to 20, wireless internet, an overhead screen, and an inspiring view of the lake.
