We were very glad to have met Mikko Jetsu, and able to hire REIA, Inc. My wife and I moved here to HSV on Feb 1, we met Mikko on Feb 15 when he responded to an inquiry we made re: a property in the Lowe Mill area. We were already thinking about also going to look at a few other new developments - one of which was Trailhead. After talking with us, getting to know us a bit, our likes and interests, etc....Mikko said.."Hey you guys would probably really like the Trailhead development..you should def go check it out". We thought..."well that was one of the places we had planned on going to see...based on what Mikko is telling us sounds like we definitely have to go check it out." Before we even got there, he was already on the phone, setting us up to speak with the sales rep on site, and found out there was a house the size we wanted that had fallen out of contract that DAY, and would probably be snatched up super quick because it was sched to close around May 1. It went very quickly....we saw the house, decided to jump, hired Mikko immediately and entered into contract on the house. 3 months later we moved in....entire process went very smooth. Best recommendation Mikko had was for us to hire a home inspector. No other realtor ever gave me that recommendation....was best advice we ever got. There were def items the inspector found that we never would have known about...and were able to get the builder to address them before we closed and moved in. Thanks Mikko for the excellent guidance!! I really appreciated Mikko's direct, but calm, style of communicating. He was never tying to 'sell' us anything...it just seemed like his highest priority was making sure we got the house and the location we wanted the most.
