If it is company rules or structures, in-office bonding or pattycake parties, hand-holding or pretend-work that you are searching for, REIA may not be the right place for you. However, we offer flexibility and freedom to those who prefer to be in charge of their own destiny and wish to retain the rewards of their work. Any and all training will be conducted on as needed basis individually with each real estate agent. Any support you will need can be discussed directly with the broker when you need it. For general education, attendance in your local board events, classes and training is highly recommended.
